Place was cute little and modern, really enjoyed the stay.
Everything was perfect, excellent staff, good location just off other places that are worthwhile to visit and certain areas. My reasonably large room included comfortable bed, central heating, multi-channel TV and ironing facilities...

The complementary breakfast was decent and it was nice to have tea and coffee available all day. the hotel's location was ideal for exploring the town by foot and enjoying the local culture. the room had a lovely view of the city, making it perfect for a romantic escape.
The room was dismal, with a broken shower that never had hot water, stained sheets, and towels that were not replaced. there was a bad smell coming from the extra blanket provided.

This hotel has an excellent location, which makes it very easy to move around and explore the city. Additionally, the rooms are very cozy, clean and well decorated with elegant decorative touches. You will also be pleased with the attentive service of the staff. One of the great things you can enjoy here is the free drinking water, coffee, and Wi-Fi.
Some items at the breakfast have been highlighted as limited and not particularly up to standards.

My recent stay at a hotel in Cuenca was lovely! The adobe walls and classical beams made for a cozy atmosphere. I appreciated the daily fresh coffee and the comfortable bed, which gave me a great night's sleep. the location was a key factor as it was not too far from the main plaza and other important landmarks.
While I enjoyed my stay, there were a couple of issues that could have been better. The lukewarm shower was a bit of a letdown, as I know some guests would expect hot water.
